260 Decision of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government on the Affirmation of Eighteen Normative Documents......[深圳市人民政府关于确认《深圳市水资源管理暂行规定》等十八件规范性文件具有市政府规章效力的决定（1994）]

(Deliberated and adopted at the Sixty-Fourth Executive Meeting of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government on October 28, 1993, and promulgated by Order No. 21 of the Shenzhen Municipal Government on January 29, 1994) 

       The Sixty-Fourth Executive Meeting of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government decides to affirm 18 normative documents including Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Municipality on the Management of Water Resources, etc. promulgated by the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government before July 1, 1992 as valid as the regulations of the municipal government and to re-promulgate them. These 18 normative documents shall be as valid as the regulations of the municipal government from the date of promulgation of this decision. 

       The 18 normative documents which shall be as valid as the regulations of the municipal government are as follows: 

1. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Municipality on the Management of Water Resources (originally SHENFU [1993] No. 520);
2. Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Further Simplification of the Procedure of the Examination and Approval of Imports (originally SHENFU [1992] No. 222);
3. Measures of the Shenzhen Municipality on the Management of the Adjustment Fund for Exports in Foreign Trade (originally SHENFU [1992] No. 215);
4. Measures of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Assessment to Verify Foreign-Invested Export Enterprises and Technologically Advanced Enterprises (originally SHENFU [1987] N0. 185);
5. Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of Urban Construction Archives (originally SHENFU [1989] No. 250);

6.      Provisional Measures of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Realty Evaluation (originally SHENFU [1991] No. 21); 

7.      Measures of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Dismantlement and Removal of Housing (originally SHENFU [1991] No, 225); 

8.      Measures of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Prohibition of Selling and Setting off Fireworks (originally SHENFU [1990] No. 378); 

9.      Detailed Rules for the Implementation of “ Rules on the Administration of People’s Travel between the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the Interior” (originally SHENFU [combination of originally SHENFU [1992] No. 112 and SHENFU [1990] No. 113); 

10.   Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Personnel for Maritime Operation (originally SHENFU [1990] No. 78); 

11.  Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Entry and Exit of the Personnel Who Are Engaged in Crossing-Border Farming (originally SHENFU [1990] No. 79); 

12.  Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Fire Control of High-rise Buildings (originally SHENFU [1985] No. 202); 

13.  Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Examination and Approval of Construction Designs and Fire Control in Construction (originally SHENFU [1986] No. 41); 

14.  Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Safety in the Activities of Recreation and Sports, Celebration, Exhibition and Sale (originally SHENFU [1991] No. 41); 

15.  Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Security of Enterprises and Institutions (originally SHENFU [1988] No. 2540; 

16.  Measures of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Inspection and Test of Motor Vehicles (originally SHENFU [1985] No. 274); 

17.  Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Resident Offices of Foreign Enterprises (Originally SHENFU [1990] No. 318); 

18.  Measures of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Elimination of “Four Pests” (originally SHEFU [1990] No. 258).
