256 Decision of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government on the Affirmation of Twenty Two Normative Documents .....[深圳市人民政府确认《深圳经济特区职工伤、病、残劳动能力鉴定暂行办法》等二十二件规范性文件具有市政府规章效力的决定（1993）]

(Adopted at the Fifty-Ninth Executive Meeting of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government on August 14, 1993, and promulgated by Order No. 16 of the Shenzhen Municipal Government on October 21, 1993) 

       The Fifty-Ninth Executive Meeting of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government decides to affirm 22 normative documents including Provisional Measures of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Appraisal of the Working Ability of Wounded, Sick and Disabled Employees, etc. promulgated by the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government before July 1, 1992 as valid as the regulations of the municipal government and to re-promulgate them. These 22 normative documents shall be as valid as the regulations of the municipal government from the date of promulgation of this decision. 

       The 22 normative documents which shall be as valid as the regulations of the municipal government are as follows: 

1. Provisional Measures of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Appraisal of the Working Ability of Wounded, Sick and Disabled Employees (originally SHENFU [1989] No. 264);
2. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Gold and Silver Market (originally SHENFU [1989] No. 62);
3. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Municipality on the Work of Part-Time Supervisors (originally SHENFU [1988] No. 234);
4. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Municipality on the Supervision of the Personnel Temporarily Going Abroad, Traveling to Hong Kong and Macao (originally SHENFU [1990] No. 118);
5. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Municipality on the Punishments on the Functionaries of the State Administrative Organizations Who Gamble, Take Addictive Drugs (originally SHENFU [1991] No. 427);
6. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Municipality on the Punishments on the State Functionaries Who Violate Disciplines During the Time Going Abroad, Leaving the Country (originally SHENFU [1992] No. 282);
7. Rules of the Shenzhen Municipality on the Administration of Fishing Port Districts (originally SHENFU [1990] No. 153);
8. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Facilities and Equipments of the Checkpoints of the Front Line Land Ports and the Special Passages of the Control Line (originally SHENFU [1992] No. 139);

10. Rules of the Shenzhen Municipality on the Administration of the Protective Zones of Drinking Water Sources (originally SHENFU [1992] No. 54);
11.  Provisional Measures of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of Flood Control Facilities (Originally SHENFU [1984] No. 58);
12. Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Areas of Ports of Entry and Exit (originally SHENFU [1989] No. 251);
13. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Trade of Maintenance and Repair of Automobiles and Motorcycles (originally SHENFU [1991] No. 482);
14. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Holding Economic and Trade Exhibitions (originally SHENFU [1986] No. 723);
15. Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Administration of the Construction of Communication Pipelines in Development Zones and Buildings (originally SHENFU [1989] No. 391);
16. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Speeding up of the Development of High and New Technologies and Their Industries (originally SHENFU [1991] No. 243);
17. Provisional Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Public Use of Radio Beeper Frequencies with Consideration (originally SHENFU [1992] No. 142);

22. Several Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Encouragement of Overseas Chinese, Compatriots of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan to Make Contributions to Promotion of Education (originally SHENFU [1992] No. 329).
