| The second meeting of Standing Committee of the third Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress has discussed the Proposal of the Municipal People’s Government on Submitting Paragraph 1 of Article 14 of Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Liquidation of Enterprises for Interpretation, and decided to make the following interpretation on the aforesaid paragraph: |

“Investors”, as referred to in Paragraph 1 of Article 14 of Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Liquidation of Enterprises, include the shareholders of joint-stock limited companies and limited liability companies, and also include the investors affirmed by effective judgments of the people ’s court or effective arbitraments of arbitral agencies. |
