474 Decision of Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress on Temporary Suspension of Collection of Back-pay Security Funds 深圳市人民代表大会常务委员会关于阶段性暂停征收欠薪保障费的决定

(Adopted at the 24^th Session of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Shenzhen Municipality on March 30^th, 2018)

　　The 24^th Session of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Shenzhen Municipality deliberated the Proposal of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government on Temporary Suspension of Collection of Back-pay Security Funds, decided to suspend the collection of back-pay security funds from enterprises, other economic organizations, private non-enterprise units and other organizations in Shenzhen from January 1^st, 2018 to December 31^st, 2022.

　　The Decision herein shall be implemented as of the issuing date.
